Making Money off My Writing Part. 2: When should I start?

I've been blogging on Medium since February, and I have 133 followers at this moment (I gain a few each week). I have 60+ posts, all of which have gotten a few hearts.

(1) Should I get more followers first? How many?

(2) Should wait until I'm more established? How long will that be?

(3) Should I write more? I write 3-4 a week average plus comments?
