Sperm generally dies when it hits air. It can survive in the female reproductive system for 5ish days, under the perfect conditions. Since it was also in your mouth, it's virtually impossible. You're probably young and your periods are just fluctuating. The brown discharge is just old blood and it's pretty common in between cycles for most women. You're fine. Stressing yourself out over it is most likely what is causing the differences in your period.
