Hypervigilant about early labor?

Hi all- anyone else concerned about early labor? I am 33 weeks and recently experienced what I think was baby dropping. Feel less pressure on stomach/less heartburn, lost appetite, much more white discharge, pains in vagina and general cramping in low pelvis, increase in low back pain, and I feel like I'm waddling way more. Anyone else had similar experiences??

I'm 33 wks and last week I had spotting and contractions thurs and Friday, and have had intermittent contractions since. I don't think my girl will drop much as I'm carrying super low. I can almost guarantee
I'll go early, but she had steroid shots for her lungs so hopefully all will be good
