Nausea question

Does nausea feel like an upset stomach like I'm the middle of your stomach. I am only 6dpo and I am feeling so sick. I haven't thrown up but my stomach feels very uneasy. I could barely finish eating an apple. I know it's early so idk if I'm crazy or not. I might be more then 6dpo, I didn't use opks this month. I should be somewhere in that time frame though
