Miscarriage question

So last Monday I was diagnosed with a blighted ovum at 12 weeks. I elected to miscarry naturally unless there was a medical reason not to. This is my first pregnancy, but I know by doing this it's pretty up in the air of when to expect a miscarriage to happen. Last week was really rough trying to come to terms with everything that is happening, but today my husband and I took some time to be together and do a little shopping. It was a really good and much needed day. When we got home we had sex and I started bleeding during it. I haven't had any abdominal pain or spotting since I found out I was pregnant, not even now. I'm wondering if this is the beginning of my miscarriage? Has anybody gone through something similar and have some advice on what to expect and look for?
