HELP! newborn face rash unknown
Hello mommies! 
I need your help if you know what this is (see pic below). The skin on the little bumps looks shiny...my little one has it on both cheeks and chin...right outside the pacifier area. She uses the Avent soothies.
It doesn't seem to itch or bother.
Does anyone know or has seen this before?
Any advise is really appreciated
