what would you do ?
Your 10/11 year old child comes home from school and tells you that they watched a video on veganism and the meat industry. They also tell you that their teacher said that vegans choose to be vegans because they want to be able to live with themselves and have good morals, sort of like the people who chose not to participate in owning slaves during slavery.
How do you take this? What do you do?
Edit: this situation did happen in real life. The teacher was covering a class and if it matters to you to know , the teacher was white.
