Diapers for heavy period ?

I have super heavy periods and no matter what I do I seem to leak every single day of my period. I got the idea of instead of having to wash a pair of shorts, panties AND and couple blankets, I mideswell just wear a diaper. Only for the night time tho. I'm 15 so wearing them in public is not something I am comfortable doing 😂 Anyone else agree ?
