Condom?

My boyfriend and i had sex yesterday. Basically, we used one condom but it wasnt tight enough so he put a new one on. Basically, along the process, he had to really manipulate it with his hands and his nails touched it a little. Though to my knowlege, it didnt look broken. But i am still nervous. Should i rake plan b? I have 72 hours. Im just not sure. What should I do?
