Symptoms come and go?

Hi ladies,
I am 7 weeks 5 days, and things seem to be going well with my last scan at 7 weeks 2 days showing a hb of 164 bpm (my previous two pregnancies ended in m/c).

Is anyone else having symptoms come and go?  I have had sore boobs, but today they are fine, and my very mild nausea/food aversions are gone today too.

I'm actually hoping they all come back so I can feel assured the pregnancy is going ok!  (I am sure this has been covered already but I couldn't find anywhere)

I'll be 9 weeks tomorrow. My breast haven't been consistently sore. I'm actually surprised that they are barely sore at all when they are sore. I've had minimal nausea off and on. Everyday is different. So far everything is ok with baby too. :) don't worry too much.
