My last period ended on June 1st, my next one was supposed to start on the 22nd and it ended up starting on June 9th. It's really heavy like when I say heavy I mean super heavy. Usually a super tampon last me a good 4 hours before I feel the need to change it but after just 2 hours I had bleed through a super tampon, a pantiliner AND my jeans while at work. (Embarising, I know.) I thought maybe it would get lighter but it's been the same the past 3 days and it hasn't gotten any lighter. I'm super crampy and ache as well. Please give advise lady's 😭😭
