Horrible Period Cramps
Once a month I get horrible cramping prior to and on my cycle. Yesterday(Day1 of my cycle) was so horrible I had to leave work early because I couldn't function, that night I slept with a heating pad, drunk hot tea and took a total of 3000mg of midol throughout the night and the pain didn't stop... any other remedies for horrible cramps 😩
