Diaphragm!

I have been looking into the diaphragm, and can't find anyone who supplies them. I react terribly to hormones and have tried almost every type of birth control out there, this seemed like the answer to all my problem. So I called CVS and numerous big name pharmacies and no one stocks/makes them. I also called quite a few durable medical equipment places and they don't supply them either. Any suggestions where to find one of these?
