Anyone experiencing rather bad hip pain? My right hip just started having shooting pain and feels somewhat "loose". I am not sure if it is sciatic pinching or ligament pain. It is making going to work quite difficult. A friend suggested a support belt. And I've been trying to keep legs together but any other suggestions would help. Sleeping sucked. I even got a heat pad last night.
