Having Crisis Dreams
Anyone else having stressful dreams at night? Night before last I dreamed I had a stalker who broke into my house and left me notes everywhere. And last night I dreamed I was rescuing a homeless family that I know, trying to get them to my church. And it seems the more stressful my dreams, the more I cramp the next day.
