What's your first ( truthful) thought

When you see a couple who is around 23-24 with 2 children?

We're engaged and recently found out that were expecting again, I told my friend this and she looked at me like I had 2 heads and said oh, wow. I'm not expecting everyone to be overjoyed since this isn't our ideal setup esp since our first is 15 months but it really got to me that my friend said that.

I know you guys will be brutally honest but is it really that bad?
