got my first lab results back

I haven't had an ultrasound yet (this Friday will be my first) and I had my labs drawn last Tuesday. Right now I'm 7 weeks and 6 days and my progesterone is 14.6 with hcg level of 7630. My doctors' office hasn't called so I'm assuming everything is fine...
