Mixed emotions

Tamara

A few years back I had begun sewing a baby blanket for my close friends and family members for their baby shower. I have always enjoyed doing this and as I sew I say many prayers for the unborn child and his/her future. This is my first baby blanket I have made since ttc and it was way harder to do than I had anticipated. I still prayed for my sister-in-law's baby and tried to envision the baby's future, but I couldn't stop myself from shedding tears also. I know it's selfish of me and that my time will come when it's right, however that does not make it any easier. As I wrap this blanket up, I pray I get to make the next one for myself to keep.

PS I had to share a picture of it because it is too darn cute.
