help fight the hunger
This is my first pregnancy, and I have a tip for those of you that are feeling, like me, constantly hungry and nauseated.
I am almost 12 weeks and hungry less than an hour after I eat any size meal. The hunger always is accompanied by horrible nausea.
What I have found super helpful are chia seeds. Adding a few tablespoons to yogurt, oatmeal, or any snack (they do not really have any flavor) can help curb hunger for up to four hours. They are also super healthy- rich in omega 3’s, protein and fiber. Like oatmeal and rice, they expand in your stomach and help keep you full and energized. They have been a lifesaver for me.
