Feeling frustrated

So I had my mirena removed on the 11th of May, since then we have been ttc but only negative results coming up. 2y ago I had my copper removed and only took me 1week to conceive... So I'm Just wondering what I'm I doing wrong now or is it gonna take longer do being mirena one?
