I've been experiencing this only for the past couple of years. I don't know what brought it on, and it doesn't make me feel bad/ill or anything - it's just super random and inconvenient at times. For the most part, it's one of the symptoms I get BEFORE I start my period (i.e. bloating, sore boobs and nose bleeds), but I've also had them DURING my period as well. They tend to be heavy and last for about 5-10 minutes. The most I've had during one cycle was 4, I believe.

Anyone else on here experience the same, or similar, sort of thing? Anyone have any idea why this is happening?
