First Real Workout!
Finally got my first real workout in! I've been trying to eat really healthy, and because of that I've had the energy to work 13 hour days outside, jumping in and out of the pool, in 90+ degree weather, lugging around equipment like back boards and bags of dummies. Still, after working 7 days a week for the past 2 and a half months, Im so glad to finally have the time and energy to work on my lower body and do a proper workout! I feel so much better already. 25+5 weeks, FTM.
