Normal? Tmi

Hi ladies I'm 28w 4days through out my whole pregnancy I have been sick and constipated... however early this morning starting about 1 am I was having irregular contractions... boy did they hurt... now I'll catch a really big belly cramp and all of a sudden have diarrhea.... on top of my nausea.... nothing in my daily routine has changed. I see my Dr Thursday but any of you ladies experiencing this? TIA 😘
