I guess so but I thought the point of it was it's a male (or trans person) dressing up as a female and performing? I hope that doesn't offend anyone, it's not something I know much about, but you get what I'm trying to say. If a biological woman does it, is that not taking away the point of it

It's very difficult to break into the drag scene as a cis woman. I get what you mean, I'm cis and I'd love to be a drag queen. Bio queens or faux queens, as they're called, aren't as widely known or accepted since many view drag queens as men dressing as women. I think anyone can do any type of drag they want, since it's evolved past "man dressed as a woman" and it's more of a parody on gender.

Drag kings are a thing, but I don't think they're as popular. People have always found the "man in a dress" thing more amusing and fun to mock so 😒 but go for it, may as well at least try
