When did u guys startt using little bit of baby cereal for your baby? Mine is 4 months old on the 28th

What is the benefit of giving baby cereal?

My girl was 3 months and I rarely do it. Only when she has a bad reflux / spit up day. I don't want her getting over weight when she is already chunky.

I started it around 3 months with my daughter . But, still check with your child's doctor .
