What does it feel like when you ovulating ? How do you know it when you are ovulating ??

Answer

For me, I get very small cramps and discomfort for a day or two as well as nausea associate with the cramping. I never realized how often that happens until I started to track my ovulation with fertility tests and such. I also ovulate a few days later than the app says.

Some people claim they can feel a small pinch on one side when their egg is being "released". I feel I've felt this maybe twice and always from the left side.
