TMI...please help.

So, this is truly embarrassing. I am 13w4d today and my hormones took control...so I did what any turned on woman would do when her husband isn't home and masturbated. 😜 When I was done, I went to the restroom and when I wiped it was bright red blood. It has since let up. Still there but not nearly as bad. I've never had any spotting with either of my pregnancies so I'm not sure if this is considered spotting or not. Should I be worried? Has anyone else had a similar situation and everything turn out OK? I am so mad at myself right now.
