Exercise ðŸ˜
I'm 31 weeks with twins. I haven't been a super active person in a couple years but I'm regularly active. I get two 20 minute breaks at work and I usually spend them walking. I gained about 30 pounds during my pregnancy and have had no health issues aside from heartburn. I feel like I constantly hear that being active will make you feel better during your pregnancy however I'm finding that after walking or doing housework I feel SO much worse! 😫 I'm stiff and sore and swell after activity every time. Anyone else experiencing this or have some words of wisdom?Â
