Has anyone gotten pregnant from this? Obviously using the pull out method. We don't have sex more than once a day and he makes sure he doesn't masterbate at least 12 hours before sex.

It can only happen if there are sperm cells in the urethra from the last ejaculation. Precum is just the stuff to make the tract wet. It comes from the glands along the tract. The sperm comes from the testes. Nothing from the testes comes out during precum. So you're safe unless there's some in the tract.

I googled recently and the study I found said that some men do have, and some don't have motile sperm in precum. The ones that do have sperm in precum, always have it. The ones that didn't, never have it. So if that's true over a larger study, then that means that it's never safe to have sex with a guy who ever shows sperm in precum, because it will always happen with him. That's my understanding of what the study said.
