When is/was your baby shower?

So we haven't even announced our pregnancy yet to anyone other than family BUT we are due at the end of November and are announcing on Father's Day. My family and friends are all in California, my husbands family and friends are all in Florida and we live in Tennessee so I'm trying to figure out a good time to have a shower so everyone we love can be there. At how many weeks pregnant did you have or will you have your shower? I don't want to do it too early but I also don't want to do it too late just in case I go into preterm labor (I'm very high risk).
