12 weeks
I'm 12 weeks 4 days preggo with my first. I'm getting concerned because my belly hasn't changed much and I don't notice a difference in my belly. I haven't really had an increase in uritnation either this whole pregnancy. Should I be worried that the baby isn't growing? I'm still having a lot of discharge and still feeling nauseous. Please help!!
