Not ovulating wth

I started fertility blend this month with high hopes😄 but for some reason it stopped me from ovulating😳. Ive tried everything from clomid to opks red raspberry leaf tea to birth control for four months im so sad idk what to do. Good luck ladies and baby dust to all
