When I was a teenager and going through my ugly duckling phase at 14, but now that I'm older and can actually have anyone I want I don't care at all, I'm not phased by it nor do I crush on people. I either talk to whomever I'm interested in and see where it goes from there or I just think they're good looking, appreciate from a distance then move on.

I did when I was younger and it hurt for a few days but I moved on.
