4 month sleep regression

I didn't think it could get any worse 😖😖 last night was horrible. Tonight seems to be heading that way too 😩. She was up every hour give or take. I'm not a bed sharer I just don't trust myself. I do it alittle bit if it's bright outside lol. Just had to vent alittle.
