I am so confused. I didnt have my period last month and I am over a week late for this month's. All of my pregnancy tests are negative. For the last couple days I have been cramping pretty hard. They switch sides and move closer into my stomach than where they normally are here and there. My nipples are very very sore today! I'm so lost. What should I do? What could be happening?? Do I need to be worried?
