Has anyone gotten an external yeast infection? I have gotten them a few times where it's not actually in the vagina but the skin around it. The skin is basically raw and bright red. Every time this happens I run to the doctor thinking I have an STD and that's never the case. It's honestly so uncomfortable and it's caused by my work uniform. I wear tights 50 hours a week and I have extremely sensitive skin. If anyone has any tips for making it not as excruciatingly painful I'd love to listen. I'm raw and it's awful. Thanks in advance!!
