Sudocrem (which is generally used for nappy rash) works brilliantly on minor burns, including sunburn.  I don't know if it's available in the US?

I don't know if it's allowed during pregnancy but I always use Solarcaine when I'm burnt. Takes the sting away and helps it heal at the same time.

Try milk, my arms && legs got really sunburned when I was practicing my high school graduation outside in the summer years ago && it felt so relieving 😊
