Spotting on and off

Makes no sense I have been having little discharge spotting on and off it is never bright red at all its like a brownish pink tone and its only in my cm which by the way I'm dry as the dessert! I did a beta yesterday and it looked really good its 1208 and I did a urine analysis to see if maybe its an infection. I do the second beta Wednesday. Any one else ever been in this predicament
