Vegetarian?!?!

Anyone here pregnant And also a vegetarian? Or if your just a vegetarian:) Any quick  meals to share?!

I've been Vegan which means no meat or dairy or eggs my entire life and have had 3 babies as a vegan we eat lots of beans tofu and I make gluten. All three of my babies have been just fine and one of them weighed 9 12 so it's not like they weren't getting what they needed. It is possible

Yeppers. Been a vegetarian since I was 15. I've been through 2 pregnancies without meat. I eat a lot of soy food, mainly Morning Star brand- they offer a lot of options. My family isn't vegetarian but we tend to do at least one meatless day for all of us.

Favorite recipe. . . Homemade calzones. Spread out canned biscuits into a circle (like pictured)  Mix one small container of ricotta cheese and 1-2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese with one egg.  Place cheese mix on biscuits, then cover with other half of biscuit. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes.   (These obviously aren't my pictures since there's pepperoni lol)
