Do y'all think getting in a hot tub 2-3dpo would effect my changes of implantation? My husband rented us a cabin with a hot tub because he knows how much I love them for a weekend away. Do you think it's safe?

You should be okay. Just keep the temperature below 103 F and don't stay in for more than 10 minutes at a time.
