1.5 centimeter cyst on my left ovary!

Okay so yesterday I was in the hospital due to abdominal pain with nausea, backache, bloating and frequent urination. I had blood tests, urinalysis and ultrasounds ruling out pregnancy. They did a CT scan on me and found a 1.5 centimeter cyst on my left ovary. I have an appointment with my gynecologist next Monday and was looking for some feedback. What are the chances of it being pcos or endometriosis. My period in May was very short and light without cramps or clotting and last year while pregnant i had a pap done and it came back abnormal due to pre hpv signs. My fiance and I took a break from TTC now till after our wedding after trying for 6 months with no luck. What are my chances of conceiving naturally or even at all?
