Take on some new hobbies ! If you're crafty, take on some new artsy projects ! Work out ! Omg it feels so good instantly ! Your confidence boosts and it gives you something to focus on (yourself 💜 ) AND the chemicals in your brain released also boost your happiness !The comment about writing a letter to yourself is super good. It'll let you process everything. What I did was wrote down what the expectations before the relationship were, which ones were met and which ones weren't. Then I rid my house of any reminders.
