I just want to know if it's okay or not. Trying so hard to stay away from cigarettes and I know vaping helped me in the past but if it's 0 nicotine is it still bad?

Idk if there are any studies on this specific question, but it's made out of edible ingredients (if from a reputable brand) and 0 nicotine. I've been doing 0 because when I'm close to a mental breakdown, I turn into a smoker. I didn't wanna smoke breastfeeding or have it on me near a baby, so I went to vaping.
