Okay so I see a lot of people posting this topic and I've tried almost everything. I've tried the psi band, ginger ale, ice cold water, crackers, Preggie pops, sour candies, b6 vitamin, and zofran (I think that's everything). Anyways I like hot pickles and I haven't had one since I got pregnant but lucky for me my mother in law just brought me one and it took my nausea right away. I personally love hot stuff so I know this isn't ideal for people whose not into hot stuff but for those ladies who does like things spicy I would give it a try. Everyone is different so I hope this works for some of you because I know nausea is not easy definitely if you have it bad like me. Good luck 😊😊😊.
