I woke up at 3 am this morning to potty, when I went to potty I noticed I was bleeding and passed a clot the size of my palm immediately thinking miscarriage, m heart sank but the bleeding was all over in less than 3 minutes. I went back to bed and called my ob this morning as I was spotting brown blood and wanted to talk to them about what had happened I was sent to the ER where they found a baby measuring 8 weeks 3 days (im 8 weeks 1 day) and heart rate was 170. They did find a small subchorionic bleed, they give us a 85/15 chance of having a healthy normal baby which is decent odds.... I've been put on rest for the next couple months which means I am going to have to quit my job as I'm on my feet all day and it's putting us at risk. I was wanting to see if any one has had a subchorionic hemorrhage and there experiences and how I should go about handling quitting... work my two weeks or just explain the situation and not go back??
