Sharp pains baby #3

Hello ladies!! First off, this is my 6th pregnancy (2 babies, 3 miscarriages -- 1 at 5 weeks, 2 at 12 weeks). I'm 5 weeks 2 days today & I've just been having weird cramps/pains I don't recall having with any other pregnancy, looking for support/suggestions/etc. It's a constant " dull ache" with an occasional sharp, moderate to severe pain of my left side about even or just below my hip bone. No bleeding whatsoever. I have an ultrasound/appointment scheduled for next week but just wondering if anyone knows what this might be or is also experiencing it??
