Positive Ovulation Tests

Savanah • Tue, Mar 17 • Placed my son for adoption 5 years ago(single mom)...Miscarried 4 little angels... Finally got our rainbow baby boy whose 10 months old...Trying for another baby or multiples!

I was ovulating two weeks ago and I took a ovulation test today just to check and it gave me a positive result. Could this actually mean I'm pregnant due to already getting multiple negative ovulation tests for the last week?
