How to be productive with a colicky infant
and a husband that thinks all he has to do to contribute is go to work??
She acts like it's torture when she's being "worn," but has to be held to be somewhat calm or fall asleep.
How do I get the house clean and all that fun stuff if she never stops crying, can't calm herself down, and doesn't let me put her down? How do I even get a chance to eat?
She's 5 months, on Zantac, eats Nutramigen, and really loved. Just colic af.
She turns purple and sweats and cries and cries and will be an only child lol.
She sleeps through the night on her own, but I have to get some rest if I'm gonna be able to do it all again the next day without losing it- so I can't do the cleaning at night.
Not looking for answers like, "Well your husband needs to get with the program." Obviously, but I can't force him to do anything.
Please help :( I used to keep a decent house and I thought one day the colic would get better. Some days are better than others, but rarely do I get a chance to do anything more than the dishes.
