We got to 12 weeks 🤞🍼🤰🏻
Second scan today, measuring at 12 weeks, 5 days and due on 22.12.17 ❤️ After being told I didn't have much chance of a healthy baby due to my diabetes being poorly controlled at the start of my pregnancy, I'm over the moon I have made it to almost 13 weeks. My baby is the biggest push I have to take care of myself now, I can't wait to meet you little one 🦋🎄
