What would you do?

I am still working at 31 weeks pregnant. My job is very physical. On Friday, I begin an assignment to trek over 2000 acres for scientific studies. I may be driving some of the way depending on conditions, but I am very worried about the heat. It is expected to be 107 F. Am I worrying over nothing? Maybe I've read too much about the dangers of heat while pregnant. I am so close and just want to protect baby. What would you do?

Maybe talk to your doctor first? If you're used to that sort of thing, you should be fine as long as you take care of yourself along the way

Listen to your body. If you need to sit, sit down for a few. Feeling dizzy from the heat, drink lots of water and sit down until you're feeling better. Keep drinking water the whole time and nibble on a snack also. I'd bring a Gatorade with you too.
